1. Information We Collect

SubTrack is designed with privacy first. The app stores all subscription data locally on your device using device storage. We do not collect or transmit:

• Your name, email or personal details
• Your subscription names, costs or renewal dates
• Your financial information
• Your location
• Any personally identifiable information

2. Anonymous Analytics

We use PostHog to collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics to help us improve the app. This includes:

• Which screens are visited most
• Which features are used
• App performance metrics
• Anonymised event counts (e.g. "subscription added")

This data is completely anonymous — it cannot be used to identify you. No subscription names, costs or personal details are ever included in analytics events.

3. Payments

SubTrack Pro subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing and managed by RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment details. All billing is handled securely by Google.

4. Notifications

If you enable renewal reminders, SubTrack schedules local notifications on your device. These notifications are generated entirely on-device and no notification data is sent to any server.

5. Data Storage

All your subscription data is stored exclusively on your device using local device storage. If you uninstall the app, all data is permanently deleted. We have no ability to recover your data as we never had access to it.

6. Third-Party Services

SubTrack uses the following third-party services:

• PostHog — Anonymous usage analytics (privacy policy)

• Google Play Billing — Payment processing (privacy policy)

7. Children's Privacy

SubTrack is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
